Coaching for Individuals

I support you occasionally or regularly (from 5 to 15 sessions), in your private and/or professional life.

My role is to create conditions that enable you to find and create your own solutions.

You will thus be able to refocus your life, mourn and make choices, find a meaning and redirect your life according to core values, which give a meaning to your life.

For this, we will define together the number and frequency of our sessions. Sessions will be held either via face-to-face, Skype/FaceTime or phone.

These sessions aim to help you to:

  • develop your self-confidence,
  • teach you how to relax and take care of yourself,
  • achieve your private and professional life.
